Quality equipment and safety of all participants will be ensured by experienced guides. As nature and weather are unpredictable, in case of unfavorable weather conditions you will be offered the option of an alternative activity or a refund. During the activity itself, free pictures will also be provided, with which you can later relive the memories of the unforgettable rafting experience.

The offer is valid for 1 person. The reservation must be made at least 3 days before arrival.
The customer will receive a full refund if they cancel the purchase at least 24 hours before the start of the experience.
If the customer cancels the order less than 24 hours before the reserved date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any changes less than 24 hours before the booked appointment will not be accepted.
The local time of the SXP1 provider's location applies.
Some of the experiences offered by SXP1 are weather dependent. If the appointment/booking is canceled due to bad weather, you – the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Some experiences require a minimum number of participants. If the performance of the SXP1 experience is canceled because the minimum number of participants is not met, the customer will be offered an alternative date or the SXP1 experience or a full refund.
