It is necessary to bring comfortable clothes for sports activities.

Useful tips:
- Outdoor activities can be postponed in case of bad weather.
- Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before sports activities.
- You can make an appointment by phone or e-mail.
The customer will receive a full refund if they cancel the purchase at least 24 hours before the start of the experience.
If the customer cancels the order less than 24 hours before the reserved date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any changes less than 24 hours before the booked appointment will not be accepted.

Some of the experiences offered by SXP1 are weather dependent. If the appointment/booking is canceled due to bad weather, you – the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
